More RAM lets your PC handle many open apps without swapping to disk, while an SSD slashes boot times and file-open speeds. Before buying, confirm your motherboard supports the RAM type (DDR4 or DDR5) and that your laptop or desktop has a slot for a 2.5-inch or M.2 SSD.
